Positive Displacement Gear Metering Dispense Systems dispense up to 4 components simultaneously at viscosities to 12 Mcp. Depending on application, they utilize hardened steel gear pumps, in-line helical gear reducers, brushless dc servo motors, and pressure transducers at inlet and outlets that monitor operating conditions and prevent erroneous dispensing.
