July 18, 2008 - Featuring 200 rpm rotational speed, 0.0004 in. spindle runout, and 515 psi hydraulic pressure, Model GSI DNC-400 direct drive rotary indexing table ensures smooth machining without deflection under heavy loads in high-speed, high-accuracy contouring operations. It offers maximum torque of 590 lb-ft and brake torque of 1,844 lb-ft. With 15.75 in. dia and 661 lb weight, product provides maximum horizontal and vertical loading capacity of 1,100 and 661 lb, respectively.

New Direct Drive Rotary Table Delivers High Speed, High Torque, and Increased Accuracy

The GSI DNC-400 direct drive rotary indexing table from CNC Indexing & Feeding Technologies is ideal for high-volume and aerospace manufacturers doing high speed, high accuracy contouring operations. Compared to tables using a servomotor and worm gear, this direct drive table offers higher accuracy, faster rotational speeds, and higher torque. In addition, the direct-drive motor eliminates backlash and delivers high servo stiffness. Because there's no mechanical gearing, the DNC-400 has fewer parts to wear.

The table delivers 200 RPM rotational speeds, 0.0004 in. spindle runout, and 515 PSI hydraulic pressure. Maximum torque is 590 lb-ft, and brake torque is 1,844 lb-ft. Superior clamping torque ensures smooth machining without deflection under heavy loads.

The DNC-400 has a 15.75" table diameter and boasts a maximum horizontal loading capacity of 1,100 lb (661 lb vertical loading capacity). The table weighs 661 lb.
