Providing 24 x 18 in. XY travel, Sprint(TM) CNC 400 features integrated rack and pinion Z slide and compound XY stage with precision mechanical bearing, DC servo motor drives, and all-LED illumination. Rigid, mechanical bearing XYZ stages have .000020 in. linear scales mounted to solid granite base. With optional tubes and add-on lenses, zoom lens can magnify up to 750 x. Optional Z travel makes system suitable for automatic measurement of large parts and batches of small parts.

Sprint CNC 400: Optional 6" or 12" Z Travel in a Large Capacity Video Measurement System
Rochester, NY - The Sprint(TM) CNC 400, from RAM Optical Instrumentation, Inc. (RAM), is a fully automatic dimensional measurement system with tightly integrated rack & pinion Z slide and compound XY stage with precision mechanical bearing, DC servo motor drives, zoom optics and all-LED illumination, 24" x 18" XY travel, and optional 6" or 12" Z travel capacity. The optional Z travel makes Sprint CNC 400 is the ideal tool for automatic measurement of large parts and batches of small parts.
Sprint CNC 400 rigid, mechanical bearing XYZ stages with .000020-inch linear scales mounted to a solid granite base ensures system repeatability and reproducibility. Its precision zoom lens can magnify from 35x to an excess of 750x with optional tubes and add-on lenses. The patented VectorLight(TM) provides optimal image quality.
The eBx(TM) metrology software allows every user to select the user interface they are most comfortable with from the 3 interfaces available.
