Tohnichi's New CTB Digital Torque Wrench Engineered With Retightening Torque Technology
Northbrook, IL (July 1, 2003)- Tohnichi America Inc.'s newest innovation, the CTB Digital Torque Wrench, is equipped with high-accuracy retightening torque technology.
Though generally accepted to check the tightening condition of fasteners within a product, today's measuring method leaves room for error. The desired torque value is loosely based on the torque at the moment the fastener retightens. Engineered into the CTB, Tohnichi's patent pending T-Point Retightening Torque Method measures the minimum value of retightening torque and works to eliminate the risk of human error.
The price-competitive CTB is ideal for automotive, as well as other industrial quality control applications. For convenience, a green lamp/alarm signals when operation is complete. For versatility, this digital torque wrench offers interchangeable heads. RS232C and infrared torque data transfer available.
