Innovative Test Solutions from Digitaltest at IPC/Apex
Anaheim, CA. - February 20th - At a time when many vendors are reducing their range of product offerings, Digitaltest GmbH is exhibiting the latest additions to its extensive range of test solutions. At the forefront of these are the MTS888 ICT platform, featuring the highest pin count on the smallest footprint system in its class, and the MTS500XL, a unique, modular flying probe solution with increased test area and z-motion capabilities. The MTS888 will cause test engineers to re-evaluate the potential of in-circuit and functional test systems. Despite its small footprint it can accommodate fixtures with over 7,000 pins - a truly non-multiplexed system as each pin is capable of supporting its own logic family. Developed jointly with Rohwedder Pematech GmbH for in-circuit and functional testing, the MTS300 Integrated Test Cell has a handling system for in-line use. Based around Digital test's MTS300 Sigma tester, the Test Cell's handling equipment allows additional space for IEEE or VXI Instruments, rapid board loading and unloading, double-sided featuring and dual level for both ICT and functional test, and has short wire connections guaranteeing signal integrity and quality.
