Extech Instruments Announces MS420: 20 MHz 2-Channel Digital Oscilloscope
Dual-channel Oscilloscope with 3.8" color LCD display
Extech Instruments, a major supplier of test and measurement equipment for the industrial marketplace, announces its new Model MS420 Dual-channel digital oscilloscope. Ideal for the electronics industry, the Model MS420 makes viewing multiple waveforms easy and features an auto-set function that optimizes the position, range, timebase and triggering to assure a stable display of virtually any waveform.
The Model MS420 features five automatic measurements (Frequency, Cycle, Average, Peak to Peak, and RMS), and utilizes a Peak Detect function for 50ns glitch capture XY mode. The Model MS420 contains an Average Mode for smoothing waveforms and a Persistence Mode for observing dynamic signals. Additionally, the Model MS420 can store and recall up to four waveform screens and setups. The oscilloscope's Waveform Math feature allows users to Add, Subtract, Multiply and Divide, and the unit utilizes a USB interface and software for transferring waveforms and data.
With a bandwidth of 20MHz. and a maximum input voltage of 400V, the Model MS420 comes complete with two 1X/10X oscilloscope probes, test leads, Windows® 95/88/NT/2000/ME/XP compatible USB software and cable, current shunt, capacitor measuring module. Adjustment screw driver, universal AC adaptor/charger, and hard carrying case.
