IP65 aluminum housing is suited for harsh environments.

New MVD 100 Digital Load Conditioner For Full Bridge Strain Gauge Sensors
Buffalo, NY – The new MVD 100 Digital Load Conditioner completes the current analogic LMU electronic family in Magtrol’s Load-Force-Weight product line. This new board is dedicated to load measuring applications using load cells or transducers. The new MVD 100 conditioner can supply one full-bridge sensor and offers 3 adjustable set points, particularly useful for load/overload detection in crane and lifting applications. The MVD 100 also contains a 1–3 V (optional 0–10 V or 4–20 mA) analog output as well as an RS-232 serial output. The standard power supply of the unit is 115/230 VAC with 12–24 VDC or 48 VAC available as options.
Setup and calibration of the conditioner is easily performed through 3 push-buttons located inside the unit. MVD 100 calibration also does not require any extra voltmeter or instrumentation, making commissioning on-site very simple. All configuration values can be recalled on the internal LCD display.
The MVD 100 board is mounted in an IP 65 aluminum housing suited for harsh environments. This new unit offers an excellent price/performance ratio based on simple, but very reliable, technology.
