Meeting testing requirements of applications in food, beverage, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, R2-i300 measures refractive index of 1.3330-1.5600 with resolution of 0.0001 and accuracy of ±0.0001. It also measures 0-95% brix and other soluble solids with resolution of 0.1% brix and accuracy of ±0.1% brix. Operating from -10 to +40°C with automatic temperature compensation, it includes display that lets user switch between RI, percent solids, and other custom scales.

New R2-i300 Digital Lab Refractometer
Kernco Instruments has introduced the new R2-i300 digital lab refractometer designed to meet the testing requirements of the many diverse applications found in the food, beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The unit measures 11.5" x 8.5" x 3.0" (292 x 216 x 76 mm). The small compact size of the R2-i300 saves a lot of desk space and is an ideal instrument for any laboratory. This model measures refractive index, percent brix, and customer defined scales. The measurement range is very broad and covers most of all applications. Unit measures refractive index of 1.3330 to 1.5600 and 0-95% brix and other soluble solids. Unit has a resolution of 0.0001 refractive index and 0.1% brix. Accuracy ±0.0001 refractive index and ±0.1% brix.
