Digital Cap Torque Testers

Mark-10 introduces their all new Series TT01 Digital Cap Torque Testers, presenting an accurate and sophisticated solution for numerous manual cap torque testing applications in laboratory or production environments. Ideal for use by closure manufacturers, bottlers, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and other industries. Adjustable posts effectively grip a broad range of container shapes and sizes, while alternate gripping attachments are available for unique profiles. The TT01 captures peak readings for application and removal torques. Data output via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo, and analog voltage enable reporting and analysis of test data via PC or other data collectors.

The TT01 can store up to 1,000 readings and calculate statistics for the data. Integrated set points with indicators and outputs are ideal for pass-fail testing and for triggering external devices such as an alarm or relay. Automatic output, data storage, and zeroing upon bottle cap removal help automate testing processes for high-volume applications. Password protection protects the unit against unauthorized changes.

Three torque capacities are available: 12 lbin (135 Ncm), 50 lbin (570 Ncm), and 100 lbin (1150 Ncm). Series TT01 testers include MESURTM Lite basic data acquisition software, USB cable, set of four adjustable sample gripping posts, AC adapter, rechargeable battery, user's guide, and NIST-traceable certificate of calibration. The TT01 is designed and manufactured in the United States and is covered by a 3-year warranty.
