Direct drive incorporates Oriental Motor's BLF series into one platform that allows operators to digitally set their operating speeds. Programmable for up to 8 pre-set speeds that can be set by external controls and operate standard conveyors from 2.5-125 fpm. PLC can be connected to provide starting, stopping, speed, acceleration, and deceleration controls. Mounted on either side of conveyor, unit consumes 60 W at 115 V.

An innovative conveyor system that features an all new digital brushless DC drive which displays motor speed, conveyor speed and load factors is being introduced by SmartMove Conveyors of Fall River, Massachusetts.
SmartMove's patented direct drive incorporates Oriental Motor's new BLF series into one platform that allows operators to digitally set their operating speeds. Programmable up to 8 pre-set speeds that can be set by external controls, the standard conveyor will operate from 2.5 fpm with settings up to 125 fpm at the push of a button. PLC can be connected to provide starting, stopping, speed, acceleration, and deceleration controls
