An Economical Differential Pressure Indicator is now Available from Barton Instrument Systems

Filter application users can now enjoy the ruggedness and reliability of Barton's differential pressure indicator while achieving the accuracy they require

City of Industry, CA (March 15, 2003) -- Relying on its acclaimed rupture-proof bellows technique, Barton has just released the Model 232C DP indicator for use in applications where high accuracies are not of great concern. Actuated by a dual liquid-filled bellows with an integral temperature-compensation feature, the unit is a perfect solution for measuring tank level, flowrate and differential pressure across filters.

The DP indicator exhibits an accuracy of ±2% of full scale with DP ranges from 50" WC to 100 psid. Bellows are designed to withstand repeated over-ranges without a change in calibration. The integral torque tube, which is made of hermetically-sealed material, eliminates the possibility of leakage and need of lubrication. The pointer traverses a 270-degree arc in either uniform or square root reading, and comes in black and white scale plates.
