Dyne-A-Cam® Nitro-Cam(TM) Available in New Sizes and with Sensor Kits



Brecksville, OH-The Dyne-A-Cam® Nitro-Cam(TM) Series is now available in two new sizes, 6 ¾ tons and 16 ¾ tons, as well as with sensor kits for positioning. Hyson Products is a division of Associated Spring, a business unit of Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE:B)

Five Nitro-Cam models offer a range of piercing forces: HCCU-15 at 15 kN (1.69 tons), HCCU-40 at 40 kN (4.50 tons), HCCU-60 at 60 kN (6.74 tons), HCCU-90 at 90 kN (10.12 tons) and HCCU--150 at 150 kN (16.86 tons). All can be mounted at any angle in the die and are retrofittable to existing dies. Other features include constant force through stroke, built in mechanical stop for exact cam stroke, no fluid pressure at die open, and reduced side load in the tool. New sensor kits are available for positioning.
