Precise New Multiple Roll Die-Cutting System from CONTECH

The new CONTECH Multiple Roll Die-Cutting System is ideal for delicate materials such as nonwovens, incorporating well-engineered components for precise control.

The system handles nonwoven roll material very delicately, with a low-tension pull to avoid stretching material. Webs from multiple rolls are combined and brought through an ultrasonic welder to combine material together, then through an inkjet printer to print part numbers and lettering. An optically registered belt-fed die-cutter cuts out the finished parts, which are removed from the belt onto a conveyor for easy operator collection.

CONTECH's custom Automation Engineering capability allows them to design, engineer, and build Multiple Roll Die-Cutting Systems to a customer's exact specifications, making them completely compatible with existing plant equipment. CONTECH manufactures a complete line of material processing equipment including sheeters, slitters, rewinders, applicators and more.
