October 11, 2002 - Multiple Roll Die-Cutting System handles nonwoven roll material with low-tension pull to avoid stretching. Webs from multiple rolls are brought through ultrasonic welder (to combine material) and inkjet printer (to print part numbers and lettering). Optically registered, belt-fed die-cutter cuts out finished parts, which are then removed from belt onto conveyor for operator collection.
