Efficient and Quiet Running Pump for Medical, Automotive, Air Sampling and Fuel Cell Applications

The new JADE diaphragm pump series from Rietschle Thomas is ideally suited for medical, automotive, air sampling and fuel cell applications. The pump is extremely efficient with a low current consumption, coupled with a very low sound level and very little vibration. Due to the special diaphragm geometry a high free flow rate is achieved despite the compact design.

The twin-headed pump incorporates a parallel tube configuration to reach a flow rates up to 8.2 l/min. Depending on the motor size, envelope dimension are only 87 x 110 x 75mm, and weighing in at 220g. At less than 45 dB(A) the JADE series operates at an extremely low noise level. Furthermore, the pump set-up is conducive to very little vibration. Jade is available either in a vacuum (final vacuum 78 %) or a pressure (final pressure 1.0 bar) versions.

JADE units are equipped with motors ranging from low cost to BLDC technology. Low cost and standard versions are available now; a brushless DC version will be available soon. The rated voltage is either 12 V or 24 V DC. Different eccentrics and different wetted materials for the diaphragm and valves are also available to meet specific duty requirement demands.
