Pump utilizes heavy-duty, totally immersed in oil, gear reducer system and built-in hydraulic relief valve. Available in simplex and duplex models, capacities range from 0.8 to 56 gph (max). Capacity is adjustable while pump is running or idle over turn-down ratio of 10:1.

JaecoFram 1â„¢ hydraulically actuated diaphragm metering pumps feature separate chambers for hydraulic fluid and gear lubricant. The separate chambers make it possible to use the best medium for hydraulic diaphragm pulsing and the best medium for gear lubrication resulting in better pump performance and longer pump life. Specially designed for accurate, completely leak-proof metering of difficult-to-handle liquids JaecoFram 1 pumps have a patented, heavy-duty, totally immersed in oil, gear reducer system for superior performance. Hydraulic actuation of the diaphragm minimizes diaphragm fatigue while a built-in hydraulic relief valve protects the pump. Available in both simplex and duplex models, maximum capacities range from 0.8 to 56 GPH. Capacity is adjustable while pump is running or idle over a turn-down ratio of 10:1. Stroke rate is easily automated using a variable-speed drive. Liquid ends are available in 316 stainless steel, PVC, Carpenter alloy 20 or Hastelloy-C from stock. JaecoFram 1 pumps are supplied on base plate with or without motor. A wide range of motor options and accessories are available.
