Parker Introduces New Dial Regulator

The Pneumatic Division North America of Parker Hannifin Corporation has introduced a series of Dial Regulators to complement the division's wide range of air preparation units. The Dial Regulators feature a transparent, pressure-calibrated, non-rising adjustment dial for quick adjustment of secondary pressure, and eliminating the need for traditional gauges. The full reduced pressure range can be dialed in less than 270°, which is particularly advantageous if secondary pressure must be changed frequently. The transparent dial can be color- or graphics-coded for easy reference to required pressure changes.

Parker Dial Regulators are available in four body sizes with ports ranging from 1/4" through 2". All regulators have two 1/4" gauge ports that can function as secondary ports, or for mounting traditional gauges if they are required. All regulators feature a balanced poppet/valve design, high relief capacity and high flow capacities from 0.7 SCFM for the model 51R with 1/4" ports, up to 1,600 SCFM for the model 54R with 2" ports. Maximum inlet operating, pressure is 300 PSIG at a maximum working temperature of 150°F.
