Suited for 3.5 and 4.3 in. AMOLEDs, V-DUO Kit utilizes TI DM355 ARM-9 processor with Linux-based real-time OS and supports display resolutions up to 1,366 x 768. It includes display driver interface, touchscreen drivers, video and still image playback software, and Micro-SD interface. Battery is rechargeable via USB or power supply and platform incorporates 1 GB internal flash shared with 128 MB internal DDR2. Baseboard is compatible with most AMOLED and TFT panel transition boards.

February 2009 Versatile ARM-9 Platform Speeds Evaluation of TFT & AMOLED Displays
London, Monday 2 February 2009: Densitron (Europe) is pleased to announce the release of a new proprietary display development platform - the V-DUO (Video Densitron USB OLED) Kit for 3.5" & 4.3" Active Matrix OLEDs (AMOLEDs).
V-DUO utilizes TI ARM-9 processor (DM355) with a Linux based real-time operating system, and supports display resolutions up to 1366x768. Each kit comes with Display Driver Interface, Touch-screen Drivers, Video & Still Image Playback SW, Micro-SD Interface, 1Gb Internal Flash shared with 128Mb of Internal DDR2, Rechargeable Battery (via USB or power supply), and Composite Video Input. Also available are RS232, USB host & slave, and 6 input keypad interfaces.
The versatile evaluation kit has a baseboard which is compatible with the transition boards of most Densitron AMOLED and TFT panels. V-DUO is the only tool you will need for evaluating the wide-ranging dis-plays offered by Densitron!
V-DUO will be available for 2", 2.4", 2.8" and 7.6" AMOLEDs by end of Q1.
