Based on 200 MHz AT91RM9200 ARM processor and embedded ARM920T kernel, Model GAO ARM 9200 features 64 MB SDRAM, 10/100 Mbps self-sensing Ethernet interface, and real time clock. It supports USB 2.0, asynchronous series communication, 3 D-type RS232C interfaces, RS485 communication, CAN2.0a/b, SPI bus, 4 x 4 and 8 x 8 matrix keyboards, and LCD display. Unit comes with software bundle including Bootloader and source code, Linux Kernel v2.4.19, and Busybox v1.00.

Toronto, ON - GAO Tek Inc. has releases a new GAO ARM 9200 Development Board. GAO ARM 9200 development board is based on Atmel's AT91RM9200 ARM processor, and embedded ARM920T kernel. Users have the freedom to develop the board with their own applications.
