Equipped with variable speed setting feature, D-Tangler 2000 gently separates springs and wire forms that get tangled from settling due to shipping and handling. It can process different sizes of springs and wire forms and may be used anywhere with standard electrical outlet. Used as stand-alone system or integrated for total automation, unit has handles for transport and can rotate 90° to ergonomically suit operator's loading position preference.

Spring / Wire Form Detangler
We would like to introduce our popular D-Tangler 2000 spring detangler. The unit is designed to quickly and gently separate springs and wire forms that get tangled from settling due to shipping and handling.
Used for much more than springs, the D-Tangler 2000 has the ability to process different sizes of springs and wire forms in the same unit. The compact design and sturdy construction allows you to untangle your parts anywhere there is a standard electrical outlet. A variable speed setting feature allows for total operator control. Used as a stand-alone system or integrated for total automation, the results are instantaneous.
The units are built in an electrical enclosure for operator safety and quiet operation. The top input tube is sized to restrict hands and fingers from touching the internal mechanism. Furthermore, for loading, it can rotate 90 degrees to ergonomically suit the operator's personal preference. Convenient carry handles allow easy transport from and to work stations.
