Able to provide vacuum for demanding manufacturing environments, MS 9005 is driven by compressed air via Venturi valve and features instant ramp. Product works with DD 5700 and DM 6700 soldering stations, allowing 2 or 4 tools to be used simultaneously. In addition to providing engineering specifications control, modular system features Hibernation mode, on-screen menu with password protection, independent temperature settings for each tool, and sleep mode.

Cary, IL. JBC Tools USA, Inc. announces the availability of a new desoldering pump. The MS 9005 is driven by compressed air by means of the Venturi valve, providing a very powerful vacuum for those with air pressure systems on site.
The small footprint and instant ramp up of the MS 9005 provide excellent capabilities for demanding manufacturing environments.
The desoldering pump works with our DD 5700 and DM 6700 soldering stations, allowing two or four tools to be used at the same time and provide excellent engineering specifications control.
The modular system has an on screen menu with password protection, independent temperature settings for each tool and a sleep mode that extends tip life 3 to 5 times.
In addition, the modular system has the JBC exclusive Hibernation mode. After a predetermined time set by the user, the tool then goes to room temperature, thus extending tip life even further. A great savings on tip life and reduced cost of ownership.
