Kodak and Datacap Offer a Desktop Based Solution for Businesses to More Efficiently Organize Critical Information
ROCHESTER, N.Y., July 11-Businesses continue to develop new ways to strengthen their overall efficiency to get out from under the weight of paper documents. A new solution offered from Kodak and Datacap provides businesses with a highly flexible desktop solution that helps manage information from various sources. The KODAK Scan Station 120EX used with DATACAP TASKMASTER Software securely organizes and stores information helping businesses reduce errors and maximize business productivity.
Integrating the Scan Station 120EX with TASKMASTER Software improves accessibility to critical information from paper based documents, such as medical claims, tax returns and other unstructured forms, such as invoices and shipping bills. TASKMASTER Software is a flexible program that can manage electronic files, paper records, images, print streams and email messages. Through the use of the Internet, companies can also access its information from virtually any location.
