Cencorp SR1200 Depaneling System Ideal for Traditional PCBs and Large Multi-Ups
LONGMONT, CO – Cencorp, a subsidiary of PMJ automec Oyj, announces the SR1200 stand-alone depaneling system for cost-effective PCB depaneling. The SR1200 is capable of rout speeds up to 4” per second (100 mm/sec) or saw speeds up to 8” per second (200 mm/sec), and has a servo repeatability of +/- 0.005” (0.0127 mm). The system features Cencorp’s patented S/R (Saw/Router) Flex Technology™, making it suitable for both standard panel layouts and closely spaced PCBs.
The SR1200 features a dual-pallet work area for concurrent loading and reloading of panels, minimizing cutting device idle time. Because each pallet is fixtured independently, different product types can be processed during the same production run. The routing window is 13.8” (350mm) by 13.8” (350mm).
The SR1200 contains easy to use, Windows®-based control software that allows rapid configuration of the routing program, and features an automated learn/teach mode. Video aided programming is a standard feature aiding the user for rapid and accurate online program creation.
Other benefits to electronics assemblers include broken bit detection with tool life monitoring and a programmable servo z-axis.
