New Larger Capacity Euro-Tem P-400 System

SurfTran Manufacturing Co., L.L.C.- Madison Heights, Michigan introduces its new larger capacity Thermal Energy Method deburring/deflashing system the EURO-TEM P-400 to the metal-working industry.

SurfTran's EURO-TEM P-400 has been designed and built to deburr/deflash metallic parts from A (Aluminum) to Z (Zinc), where all burrs and flash have to be completely eliminated internally and externally with excellent repeatable results.

The TEM P-400's larger part capacity deburring/deflashing chamber is sealed with 400 tons (800,000 lbs.) of pressure during the systems deburring/deflashing cycle. The system has a five station index table for easy loading and unloading and includes a PLC control and as well it meets European CE specifications.

Built in the USA, the EURO-TEM P-400 is built to be a world class deburring/deflashing system combining the best of the USA and European technologies.

How Does It Work?

Parts are loaded onto the systems index table and are indexed to the deburring/deflashing chamber where the part is sealed - with 400 tons of pressure, a mixture of oxygen and gas is introduced completely enveloping the part, a spark ignites the mixture, instantly vaporizing all burrs, flash and metallic contaminants - internally and externally.

The Thermal Energy Method (TEM) systems has become a preferred method by the metalworking industry, where a versatile deburring/deflashing system is required, that is easily changed to accept new parts configurations.

This new SurfTran EURO-TEM P-400 system incorporates the latest in deburring/deflashing technology, SurfTran also builds Cationic electrolytic deburring/machining systems, aqueous precision cleaning systems and general washing systems for industry.
