Cleveland, OH April 2, 2007 GasTran Systems introduces the GasTran Deaeration System for achieving ultra-low dissolved oxygen levels in beverage packaging lines. The proven benefits of ultra low dissolved oxygen include less foaming for increased filling speeds and product yields, and more consistent carbonation levels. Customers have achieved 30% increases in bottling line speed and six sigma quality levels on net content weight and carbonation levels.
