ConvergEx Group Enhances Eze Data Management with New Form PF Solution
NEW YORK -- ConvergEx Group, a leading technology company, today announced that Eze Castle Software has expanded its enterprise data management offering, Eze Data Management, with Regulatory Filings Manager. Regulatory Filings Manager is a new Form PF reporting solution that seamlessly integrates with ConvergEx's award-winning order management system, the Eze OMS(TM), and other systems to automatically aggregate, consolidate and map crucial enterprise data for Form PF.
The new module streamlines and automates the Form PF filing process and provides a repository for storing multiple filings with version control. Leveraging a flexible and intuitive workflow, users can assign questions to other users across their organization and seamlessly file to the Securities and Exchange Commission via a fully tested FINRA interface. Users can also use Performance Data Manager, a component of Eze Data Management, to automatically populate questions with mapped data from other systems and service providers. After filing, users can review historical data that was used to compile their answers in the event of an audit.
