Datapaq Releases a New Data Logger for Furnace Surveying

Datapaq's XDL12 data logging system provides the complete solution for temperature uniformity surveying in batch and vacuum furnaces where data collection, external to the furnace is desirable.

Combine the XDL12, a rugged, accurate and easy to use data logger, with Datapaq's powerful and proven Insight Furnace Survey analysis software; ensuring temperature uniformity surveys to AMS2750D standard are achieved quickly and accurately.

Positive, reliable, standard thermocouple connecters reduce the risk of survey failures and expensive furnace downtime.

Accurate and reliable, the XDL12 meets, or exceeds, AMS2750D specification requirements for field test instruments.

Specify thermocouple types required for your application and Datapaq will pre-configure all 12 channels to meet your exact needs.

One single software package for TUS (Temperature Uniformity Survey) set up, thermocouple and data logger calibration correction factors, and AMS2750D report generation.

Minimise survey time and maximise production time with built-in alerts for stabilisation, survey time and an overshoot alarm.

Founded in 1984, Datapaq develops profiling systems that provide key information on the effectiveness of industrial heating processes. Using the most advanced and tested techniques for accurately gathering and storing information, Datapaq has created industry specific standards to analyse and report information in a precise way. Recognised as the industry leader, Datapaq serves the automotive, paint finishing, textile processing, ceramic manufacturing, PCB surface mounting, metals heat-treating and food process industries worldwide.
