Han® 3 A Housing with Fixed Cover
The series of Han® 3 A housings from HARTING has been complimented by a new version with a fixed cover. The new housing provides the perfect solution for the new requirements in the field of data interfaces in the industrial environment.
Equipped with Han® inserts for data transmission e.g. USB or RJ 45, the cover can be opened for service and maintenance reasons. After completing the procedure and disconnecting the cable the cover closes automatically.
Even if the technician forgets to lock the cover the product meets the requirements of IP 44 due to the reliable spring mechanism. This eliminates the risk of contamination of electrical and optical contacts. The robust and compact Han® 3 A housing with fixed cover facilitates an easy implementation of interfaces for data communication and power in industrial environments.
The new housing can be used in combination with all Han® inserts, size Han® 3 A.
