Utilizing Microsoft's SQL Server Reporting Services, LETS Line Efficiency Tracking Software enables reports to be configured and viewed in any web browser, and automatically delivered using scheduler. Pull-down menus in LETS Report Configurator lets users perform detailed analysis, filtering reports by time period, machine part, and/or operator. Program includes Overall Equipment Effectiveness report, which gauges performance against separate rate for each machine/tool combination.

New Report Configurator for the Data Collection Software
ACTON, Mass., - Wintriss Controls Group announces the release of enhanced reporting for its LETS Line Efficiency Tracking Software.
The new reports utilize Microsoft's SQL Server Reporting Services. No additional software is required - reports can be configured and viewed in any web browser. Reports can be automatically delivered using an easy-to-configure scheduler. By utilizing simple pull-down menus in the LETS Report Configurator, even first-time users can perform detailed analysis, filtering reports by time period, machine, part, and/or operator.
Wintriss includes a unique OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) report that gauges performance against a separate rate for each machine/tool combination, and accurately measures OEE for jobs of different length, and for a variety of machines such as injection molders, welders, paint lines and stamping presses that make differing numbers of parts/cycle.
