Citrus Technology Updates Its Simple, Affordable Data Analysis and Data Quality Tool


MANCHESTER, England, -- Citrus Technology Ltd release version 1.1 of their Data Analysis & Data Quality tool, Citrus Replay.

This latest release adds Interactive Business Rules to support Data Understanding and Data Quality initiatives. A new Recent Analysis window provides a live history of queries for quick and easy re-use.

This release also brings native database support for MySQL and Teradata databases, in addition to existing support for Oracle, SQL Server, Access, DB2, Firebird, PostgreSQL, Text, Excel, OLE and ODBC data sources.

With Citrus Replay 1.1 users can:

- Explore, analyse, define and reuse business rules with automatic exception handling

- Create a library of segments, such as good customers, bad suppliers, and at-risk customers, and easily reuse these segments across different database instances or even across different databases

- Maintain a history of when data analysis was executed and its results

- Review and explore business rules with customisable highlighting (for instance, showing missing data, outliers etc.), sorting, grouping and ad hoc filtering

- Find outliers and exceptions by charting any result set, drilling-down into the underlying data and exporting suspect rows

- Communicate easily and share understanding with Live Data Analysis, which can be securely emailed and re-executed

- Create Business Rules that can be run outside of Citrus Replay, directly against the database, or integrated with their business applications

- Score datasets

- Benefit from built-in data encryption to ensure data security

Price & Availability

Citrus Replay costs GBP199 for the Professional Edition and GBP995 for the Enterprise Edition, which includes support for shared repositories and a 5-user license.

A fully functional 28-day trial is available.

All registered users will receive a free upgrade to Release 1.1.
