Including software on CD, USB 2.0 cable, and printed manual, Op-Torq Field Test Data Acquisition System captures/analyzes mechanical torque, rpm and/or power data. Software is designed specifically for TorqueTrak 10K torque telemetry system and includes graphical tools and USB acquisition module to create plug-and-play interface. Timed acquisition mode enables Periodic or continuous data acquisition while high frequency acquisition mode can capture/analyze up to 500 Hz frequency.

Binsfeld Announces New Op-Torq Field Test Data Acquisition System
Binsfeld Engineering Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the new Op-Torq Field Test Data Acquisition System for capturing and analyzing true mechanical torque, rpm and/or power data (kW or hp) transmitted from rotating drive shafts. The software is designed specifically to accept the digital data output stream from the TorqueTrak 10K Torque Telemetry System. It can also be adapted to accept analog data from Binsfeld's other torque and power measurement systems, the TorqueTrak 9000 and TorqueTrak Revolution. Op-Torq Field Test provides Binsfeld customers with a custom data acquisition solution that allows the wireless data from the shaft to be collected directly onto a laptop or PC.
The software features powerful graphical tools and a USB acquisition module to create a plug-and-play interface for up to two TorqueTrak systems. The Timed Acquisition mode features Periodic or Continuous data acquisition suitable for when averaged data is desired. The High Frequency Acquisition mode offers up to 500 Hz frequency acquisition and analysis tools, making it perfect for conducting Torsional Vibration Analysis (TVA). Data is exported in user-friendly Microsoft© Excel format. Graph images can be exported as JPG files, and reports can be generated in HTML format. Many tools are available for customizing the display. The basic package includes the software on CD, USB 2.0 cable, and printed manual. The minimum system requirements are Pentium 4 or equivalent processor, 512 MB of RAM, 100 MB of available hard disk space, one available USB port, and Microsoft Windows© XP operating system. An RPM Acquisition Module is also available as an option and includes a tachometer, rpm pickup, magnetic pickup holder and 30-ft shielded cable (one set per shaft required).
