Designed to optimize barrel change-outs while providing dust collection barrel seal, QuickLID pneumatic lift system comes in variety of configurations and can be custom built to user specifications. System allows collectors to remain running while barrel change-outs occur. Both Manual and Automated units offer pneumatic barrel lift. In addition, Automated system includes hopper bottom panel, pneumatic blast gate, flex hosing, and barrel cover.

The QuickLID Damper system improves barrel change-outs while providing a higher dust collection barrel seal. This easy to install, pneumatic lift system has a variety of configurations to meet your dust collection needs and can be custom built to your specifications. This system allows collectors to remain running while barrel change-outs occur. It provides faster barrel change-outs while reducing dust spillage and EPA hazards.
The QuickLID product line is currently offered in both our manual and automated system. These systems allow for multiple configurations and are designed to fit any Hopper Dust Collector lift system. Both the Manual and Automated offer Pneumatic barrel lift and easy installation component materials. In addition, our Automated system includes a new hopper bottom panel, Pneumatic blast gate, flex hosing and, a barrel cover. We also provide replaceable components in both our manual and automated systems.
