January 11, 2012 - Models B002-DUA2 and B002-DUA4 are NIAP certified to conform to Common Criteria EAL 2+ and allow users to switch between computers with varying security levels. Internal circuitry is soldered directly to board, making switches tamperproof. Housing intrusion protection disables KVM if housing is opened, causing it to become inoperable and alerting users KVM has been disabled. Each port is its own isolated channel, making it impossible for data to be transferred between connected computers.

New DVI KVM Switches Conform to Common Criteria EAL 2+ to Keep Data Safe


Chicago, IL. The B002-DUA2 and B002-DUA4 are National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) certified to conform to Common Criteria EAL 2+, assuring these KVM Switches have gone through a rigorous analysis and strict testing process and that they conform to the security standards sanctioned by the International Standards Organization. Common Criteria is an important worldwide evaluation standard for security products, as its certifications are recognized in 25 countries around the world.
