Pulse Introduces First DSL NanoFilter



Designed for Southeast Asia, India, and Eastern European markets with 600 Ohm telephones

San Diego, Calif. - Pulse, a Technitrol (NYSE: TNL) Company, a worldwide leader in electronic component and subassembly design and manufacturing, introduces the first digital subscriber line (DSL) NanoFilter. Pulse's Z-321NF is the world's smallest in-line DSL customer premises equipment (CPE) MicroFilter. It offers both voice and data protection by isolating DSL-band frequencies from voice-band equipment and telephone impedance changes from DSL equipment, and provides DSL band attenuation that prevents intermodulation distortion. It is compatible with all major DSL standards including ADSL, ADSL2+, and VDSL2, meets CE standards, and is RoHS compliant. These filters are manufactured in Pulse's quality, high volume manufacturing facilities and are available in bulk packaging with approximately 800 DSL filters to a box. Normally there are 500 filters to a box, so adding the additional filters to the carton saves transit costs.
