October 9, 2003 - Motors, designed for continuous or intermittent duty, are rated from 12–240 V, offer .115–2.5 hp, and operate at speeds from 900–4,500 rpm. Measuring 2.5–4.4 in. in diameter, motors range from 4–7.5 in. long and can be painted or plated depending on application. Applications include floor-care, off-road winches, pumps, gearmotors, transaxles, and stationary vibration systems.

Imperial Electric Announces The Release Of Small DC PM motors

Akron, OH (September 16, 2003) Driven by industry requests, Imperial Electric has developed a new line of small DC permanent magnet motors and will display at the 2003 I.S.S.A. show.

Applications include floor-care, off-road winches, pumps, gearmotors, transaxles and stationary vibration systems.

The motor specifications range from 12 to 240 volts, .115 to 2.5 horsepower, 2.5 to 4.4 inch diameter, 4 to 7.5 inch length, 900 to 4500 rpm.

Motors can be designed for both continuous and intermittent duty and have options of being painted or plated, depending on the application.

As always, Imperial will continue to provide new designs per their customer's request.
