Accepting any 12 Vdc source, Model MMP-TM55-12V GP57-046 measures 2.24 in. dia x 7.2 in. long with keyed output shaft measuring 12 mm dia x 25 mm long. Mounting is accomplished with 4 face mount M5 threaded holes, equally spaced on 40 mm dia B.C. Unit requires 7.2 A at 12 Vdc to generate full load torque. Rate at IP54 protection level for operation in harsh environments, gearmotor is suited for battery-powered electric vehicles, robotics, and automation applications.

Midwest Motion Products of Watertown, Minnesota, is pleased to announce the release of a new DC Gear Motor, the Model No. MMP-TM55-12V GP57-046. Accepting any 12 Volt DC source, including battery power, this robust Gear Motor measures just 2.24" (max) Diameter, by 7.2" long, and has a keyed output shaft of 12mm diameter by 25mm long. Easy mounting is accomplished with 4 "face mount" M5 threaded holes, equally spaced on a 40mm Dia. B.C. The output of this reversible gearmotor is rated for 61 IN LBS continuous torque, at 100 RPM, and 320 IN LBS Peak. Despite its compact size, and weight of approximately 3 pounds, it's an efficient design, requiring just 7.2 Amps at 12 Volts DC to generate its Full Load Torque. That translates into long life battery charge, very LOW NOISE operation, and lower cost drive electronics. Motor windings for 24, 36, 48 & 90 Volts are available. This unique design is rated at an "IP 54" protection level for operation in harsh environments. Variable Speed can be accomplished with our fully compatible Speed Controls, Model MMP 25A-12V, or MMP 20A-12V-RSP.
