With dia of 4 in. (max), length of 11.5 in, and weight of approx. 12 lb, Model No. MMP-D40-675A-12V GP81-019 requires just 57 A at 12 Vdc to generate its full load torque. IP54 protected unit has continuous torque output of 1,065 in.-lb at peak. Device features keyed output shaft of 19 mm dia by 40 mm long. Motor windings for 24, 36, 48, 60 and 90 V are available. Other options available are servo motors with integral optical encoders, failsafe brakes, and analog tachometers.

Midwest Motion Products of Watertown, Minnesota, is pleased to announce the release of a new DC Gear Motor, the Model No. MMP-D40-675A-12V GP81-019. Accepting any 12 Volt DC source, including battery power, this robust Gear Motor measures just 4.0" (max) Diameter, by 11.5" long, and has a keyed output shaft of 19mm diameter by 40mm long. Easy mounting is accomplished with 4 "face mount" M6 threaded holes, equally spaced on a 65mm Dia. B.C. The output of this reversible gearmotor is rated for 385 IN LBS continuous torque, at 103 RPM, and 1065 IN LBS Peak. Despite its compact size, and weight of approximately 12 pounds, it's an efficient design, requiring just 57 Amps at 12 Volts DC to generate its Full Load Torque. That translates into long life battery charge, relative to the power available, very LOW NOISE operation, and lower cost drive electronics. Motor windings for 24v, 36v, 48v, 60v & 90 Volts are available. This unique design is rated at an "IP 54" protection level for operation in harsh environments. The Gearmotor Design is Encoder Compatible, and the series can also be fitted with a 12V Failsafe Brake. Both options are readily available, in limited Quantities.
