Featuring 6,000 Vdc I/O isolation, G series and H series of 1 W converters consume nominal input voltages of 5 or 12 Vdc, which step up/down to produce single or dual output voltages of 5, 9, 12, and 15 Vdc. Available in SIP or DIP through-hole packages, units have efficiency up to 75%, and and full load operation is specified from -40 to +85°C. UL60950-1 approved, RoHS compliant units provide short circuit protection and are designed with internal SMD construction.

Low Cost, 1W DC/DC Converters with 6000VDC Isolation
The G Series and H Series of 1W DC/DC Converters from Mornsun America feature 6000VDC input-to-output isolation, ideal for medical, industrial control, and instrumentation applications where high isolation is required.
Nominal input voltages of 5VDC or 12VDC step up or down to produce single or dual output voltages of 5VDC, 9VDC, 12VDC, and 15VDC. Compact SIP or DIP through-hole packages meet industry standard dimensions and pin outs.
Efficiency is stated up to 75% and the MTBF is calculated to 3,500,000 hours. Full load operation for the products is specified over the wide -40°C to +85°C temperature range. Short circuit protection is inherent in the design.
Both Series are designed with high-quality components, internal SMD construction, and are RoHS compliant. The converters are approved to UL60950-1 standards and UL60601-1 approvals are in process.
