    Series

    S Series SIP4

    M Series Miniature SIP4

    YS Series Miniature SIP4

    LSA Series SIP6

    LM Series Miniature SIP6

    D Series Miniature DIP8

    XD Series DIP14

    LXD Series Low Profile DIP14

    (X)T Series SMD (Available Tape and Reel)

    Specially designed for applications where a single power supply is isolated from the input power supply in a distributed power supply system on a circuit board.

    These series can be used where:

    The voltage of the input power supply is fixed (voltage variation ±10%);

    The isolation is necessary between input and output (isolation voltage =1000VDC);

    The regulation of the output voltage and the output ripple noise are not demanding.

    Such as: purely digital circuits, ordinary low frequency analog circuits, and IGBT power device driving circuits.
