Offered as out-of-the-box system, 6000 Series combines Ethernet-based DAQ modules with Encore software. Model 6220 is 12-channel, 16-bit voltage input module with 100 kHz per channel sample rate and additional BNC connectors. Model 6224 is 12-channel, strain gage input module offering 24-bit resolution, with 50 kHz per A/D per channel. It is 100% software programmable, facilitating strain set-up and configuration. Both simultaneously sampled modules also include 8 DIO channels.

New 6000 Series DAQ Modules with Encore Software

CLEVELAND, OH-April 21, 2009-IOtech has released the new 6000 Series data acquisition modules with Encore software. This advancement is the evolution of 20+ years of pioneering and developing Out-of-the-Box data acquisition solutions. These new systems combine accurate, Ethernet-based DAQ modules with powerful, easy-to-use software.
There are two models currently available in the 6000 Series. The 6220 is a 12-channel, simultaneously sampled, 16-bit voltage input module. It features a 100-kHz per channel sample rate. The 6220 also includes BNC connectors for convenient signal connection.
The 6224 is a 12-channel, simultaneously sampled, strain gage input module offering 24-bit resolution, with a 50-kHz per A/D per channel. The 6224 is 100% software programmable, making strain set-up and configuration quick and straightforward. Each 6000 Series module also includes 8 digital I/O channels.
New Encore interactive measurement software is included with each 6000 Series module. Encore combines an intuitive user interface with robust functionality. It allows users to quickly configure hardware, develop and customize data displays, analyze data with built-in analysis tools, and provides the ability to develop comprehensive test reports.
