NORTH ANDOVER, MA - L-com, Inc., a global leader in the manufacture of wired and wireless connectivity products, has released new 20AWG (American Wire Gauge) D-subminiature cables , designed ultra-durability due to the heavier wire. 20AWG conductors will also allow for maximum current to pass through the cable.

"After receiving many requests for D-sub cables with larger AWG conductors, we now have them available off-the-shelf for same-day shipping," said Steve Smith, Product Manager.

The cables are available in male-to-male and male-to-female versions, with DB9-, DB15-, and DB25-style molded connectors on the ends. In addition to the thicker conductors, the connectors will also be double-shielded to help reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI).
