A LOW-COST, EFFECTIVE HIDDEN CYLINDER FILLING SYSTEM
Lehigh Valley, PA – Acme Cryogenics, Inc. announced today the addition of the LoadMaxx Load Cell Package to its line of gas and liquid handling equipment.
The LoadMaxx package is designed to be a quick, convenient, accurate cylinder filling system that offers outside as well as “hidden” or “blind” fill capabilities. Through the new LoadMaxx technology, cylinders can be filled in a manner that minimizes downtime and eliminates the risk and costs associated with cylinder handling.
The LoadMaxx equipment package fills cylinders using weight as an indicator. A weight readout display allows filling to be monitored while a red warning light located on the display box indicates when filling is complete. Its weight-based filling system not only saves start-up costs, but also ensures accuracy and prevents false readings from pressure indicating devices, helping to keep fill pricing consistent.
The LoadMaxx design is compatible with all makes and models of existing liquid cylinders, for exterior fills, for blind interior fills cylinders must be ASME coded and are readily available form the cylinder manufacturers.
When used in conjunction with Acme’s CryoMaxx Liquid Delivery Vehicle (LDV), the total LoadMaxx/CryoMaxx system delivers a cost-effective, manageable way to enter the small bulk market.
