Kappa Cut-and-Strip Machines Speed Wire Setup

The latest sensor technology gives the new Kappa line from Komax a powerful advantage for easy cable setup and changeovers without tools. Even difficult to process materials can be setup quickly, giving these machines a very broad range of applications.

The same sensor continuously monitors processing during production. The end of the cable or stripping errors are detected at the earliest possible point in time. Thanks to the optical cable detector, cut losses are also a thing of the past.

These Kappa units use the intuitive TopTouch software modeled after the Komax TopWin(TM) interface. With the integrated user prompts, Kappas are extremely easy to operate. Also, each model may be optimized with a full array of optional add-ons.

The Kappa 321 carries a patented swivel technique in the wire drive allowing for different processing positions. The machine is designed for a wide variety of special applications or the separation and processing of inside wires in multi-pole cables.

The Kappa 320 has a powerful blade head to handle wire sizes from 0.05 to 10mm2 . It can be controlled and networked via TopWin software to allow inkjet marking.

The Kappa 310 is an ultra-compact ,reasonably-priced high-speed machine. It is designed for the reliable controlled processing of the finest wire sizes from 0.02mm2 to 6mm2.
