June 16, 2011 - Able to withstand temperatures up to 2,100°F, depending upon formulation, Die Cut Silicone Gaskets feature solid and sponge variations with different densities and 10-85 durometer Shore A hardness. Parts can be die cut in sizes from 0.015-1.50 in. thick to accommodate range of applications. Gaskets can also include fluorosilicone for chemical and fuel resistance per MIL-R-25988 and conductive fluorosilicone for EMI shielding gaskets and ESD protection.

Silicone Rubber Gaskets Die Cut for Critical Applications


Custom silicone gaskets and related parts, precision die cut from several variations of the material to match specific customer application requirements are being introduced by Interstate Specialty Products, Inc. of Sutton, MA.

Interstate Die Cut Silicone Gaskets can be custom fabricated from this high performance material for critical applications at elevated temperatures up to 2,100°F, depending upon formulation. Featuring solid and sponge variations with different densities and 10 to 85 durometer Shore A hardness, these parts can be die cut in sizes ranging from 0.015" to 1.50" thick.

Suitable for a wide range of applications, Interstate Die Cut Silicone Gaskets can include Fluorosilicone for superior chemical a fuel resistance per MIL-R-25988 and conductive Fluorosilicone for EMI shielding gaskets and ESD protection. Typical applications for die cut silicone parts include fire-blocks, gaskets, insulators, pads, seals, thermal barriers, and more.
