December 30, 2003 - Model CV0404-4 is 48 x 46 in. with 4,000 lb capacity and vertical travel of 100 in. It uses 2-post, dual-screw drive, which is mechanically synchronized. Mechanical actuation offers 100% level lifting, repeatable positioning, and zero creep at any height. Lift can unstack and restack damaged cases from pallets that are stacked up to 12 cases high.

Handling Specialty Designs Custom Lift for Destacking/Restacking Cases of Beer
(Niagara Falls, NY December 23, 2003) This 4,000 lb. capacity custom lift was created to address a difficulty faced by brewing operations: how to efficiently unstack/restack damaged cases from pallets that are stacked up to 12 cases high. The lift uses a two-post, dual-screw drive which is mechanically synchronized. Mechanical actuation was preferred for this application because it is cleaner than hydraulics and offers 100% level lifting, repeatable positioning, and zero creep at any height.
