Manufactured to customer specifications, Flow Tubes are thoroughly tested to assure quality. Flow measurements are made with digital direct reading flowmeters and flow calibration support ensures tubes are calibrated and traceable to NIST standards. Laser micrometers are used to measure accuracy to ±20 millionths, and both Statistical Process Control and bench checking are part of quality assurance procedures that are applied throughout production process.

Andrews Glass Offers Custom Flow Tubes
Andrews Glass Company manufactures custom flow tubes to customer specifications. These custom flow tubes meet exacting industry standards and are tested to assure that they satisfy individual customer requirements. Andrews Glass has the ability to develop tooling needed to reproduce existing flow tubes. All tubes are thoroughly tested to assure quality. Flow measurements are made with digital direct reading flowmeters, and Andrews Glass has the flow calibration support capabilities to ensure that tubes are calibrated and traceable to NIST standards.
The custom flow tubes are subjected to Andrews' overall quality assurance program. All custom glass and quartz products are produced to customer specifications and designed to meet or exceed NIST criteria.
