Kapco Introduces Custom 80" Coating and Converting of High Performance Materials with Low Minimums
KENT, OHIO - Kapco is now offering a program to custom coat and laminate a broad range of materials on its 81" coater, producing highly specialized adhesive-coated and top-coated materials with low minimum orders.
The program is called Custom 80 Solutions, which adds a complete package of converting processes to wide web coating to produce custom rolls, sheets, parts and subassembly products that serve manufacturers in paper, film, automotive, medical, electronics and consumer products industries.
Custom 80 Solutions helps customers with new product development and product improvements, offering robust R&D capabilities including materials science, compounding, prototyping and testing for performance and regulatory requirements.
Kapco is cGMP Compliant and certified to ISO 9001:2008 with Design.
Kapco coats and converts a wide array of paper, film, foam, foil and non-woven materials. Converting processes include on-line and off-line laminating, rotary die-cutting, steel rule die-cutting, slitting and packaging.
