Material Master Powerfill(TM) Bulk Bag Filler with Check Scale
Hazardous location system includes features that maximize filling efficiency. The bag support carriage and fill head lower to a programmed operator height, then rotate for "reach-free" bag connection. The bag is automatically inflated, densified, and accurately filled to a programmed set point. The bag spout and straps automatically release, and the bag advances to the check scale. The check scale checks the filled weight of the bulk bag, then advances the bag to a powered discharge conveyor. An Allen-Bradley PLC and color PanelView operator interface allow easy operator input and access to system status. Systems are custom designed to suit application requirements.
