Productivity Improvements With New Cultured Marble Release Agent

For cultured marble producers manufacturing sinks, counter tops and other hard surface parts, Release Coating 7498 has proven to be effective in releasing composite and epoxy molded parts. Release Coating 7498 was formulated to keep mold buildup to a minimum, thus improving productivity by minimizing the frequency of mold cleaning. The release agent ingredients actually include a cleansing ingredient. When gel coats are used, requiring a uniform surface with high gloss, Release Coating 7498 is also effective. Release Coating 7498 is formulated for wipe or spray application and can be used at molding temperatures between 50o-110o F. This release product may also be used as a mold conditioner. When release agents are used both for conditioning and release, operations are streamlined.

Benefits
o excellent release ease
o low buildup on molds
o uniform surface quality
o quick dry time

Free samples are provided for testing. Release Coating 7498 is available for purchase in 1 gallon pails and 5 gallon pails.
