Delumper® Model DC1200 crushes, chops, and destroys materials, reducing them to their basic grain size. Measuring 8 in. from inlet to outlet, product eliminates flow impediments. Along with direct gear drive, one-piece crushing rotors, and stationary bar grating, it incorporates self-cleaning crushing action and choice of shaft seals. Unit, manufactured in carbon or stainless steel, has 5 hp motor and openings from 12 x 12 in. to 12 x 30 in.

The New Delumper® Crusher DC1200; A Compact Twin Shaft Powerhouse
The DELUMPER Crusher Model DC1200 offers powerful twin-shaft crushing capabilities in a compact configuration. This unit crushes, chops and destroys a wide range of materials including lumps, chunks, coal, cement, limestone and more, reducing them to their basic grain size. It freshens, enhances product quality and eliminates flow impediments.
The DC1200 measures only 8" from inlet to outlet. The twin shaft design efficiently produces a high impact force with low power usage. The unit features a direct gear drive, one-piece crushing rotors, stationary bar grating, self cleaning crushing action, a choice of shaft seals, durable fabricated housing with machined flanges for easy connections to ducts, hoppers, conveyors, bag unloaders or systems.
The DC1200 has a 5HP motor and is supplied in carbon or stainless steel construction. All cutting elements can be hardfaced for long life in abrasive service environments. Units are available with openings from 12" x 12" to 12" x 30".
