Dienes Corp Offers First Automatic Crush Cut Positioning System to Simultaneously Position Hundreds of Holders at the Same Time

Spencer, MA, – Dienes USA, a leading manufacturer of cutting and slitting tools, today announced QUICK SET 0.5, the first product in the industry to offer an automatic crush cut positioning system that is capable of going as narrow as .500” and simultaneously positioning hundreds of holders at the same time.

Manually setting hundreds of holders can be tedious, time consuming and opens a potential for human error, creating scrap material and loss of money.

The QUICK SET 0.5 eliminates any potential human error and dramatically improves setup time, allowing the customer to reduce scrap and produce product more efficiently.

“We are allowing customers to gain complete control of their process. We listened, designed, and developed a product based on what our customers requested,” said Wade C. Gilman, Dienes Sales Engineer.

The QUICK SET 0.5 can position hundreds of knife holders within seconds rather than hours with extreme accuracy.

“This is something to be excited about. The time savings and accuracy make the equipment pay for itself,” added Gilman.
